2nd visit: Much better! Upon arrival, the cleaning team ladies were open to listen to my concerns/requests (especially concerns stemming from the previous, initial visit), and certainly put in the effort during the cleaning session to ensure those concerns were addressed. Overall, things were done well, and more in-line with the expectation, as far as quality of the service provided. They also checked in after the work was done, to see weather there was anything further I had concerns about, or requests, for going forward. I very much appreciate Karen, for having listened to my concerns, and followed through with ensuring things were addressed accordingly. And thank you cleaning team for a job well done today!

They’ve Cancelled my move out clean, I didn’t even get to reschedule. I gave them a 2 week period to work with so they could pick which day works best for them.Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Very happy with the first house clean we received. They were very professional, fast and thorough. Edited to add: After several months of receiving cleaning, there were a few things that occurred that I was not happy with and decided to discontinue cleaning services with them. The first was that since I was simply receiving a monthly cleaning, although I had a monthly scheduled date, my monthly date was simply bumped to a different day and time. I wasn’t asked if the new time and date worked, I just received an email stating the new date. When I inquired regarding this, they apologized and suggested that perhaps they weren’t the right fit. As a parent with young kids who nap, simply changing the time whenever works best for the company, often doesn’t work for young families. My final cleaning was not up to standard, and when I politely commented that one of the toilet bowls hadn’t been cleaned, as well as main surface areas not dusted, there were no apologies but that they simply weren’t the right fit. They seemed extremely professional at first but their communication was very subpar. I’ve since found an amazing cleaner at half their price.

We recently switched to LHS for our weekly office cleaning and I could not be happier. WOW, what a difference from previous cleaning companies. The extra attention to details and to deep cleaning is above and beyond. There is regular follow up to ask for feedback and even suggestions for us that will help us keep up in between. I cannot say enough good things about the company. The best company I have hired in 30 years! Totally recommend.

Dirty streaks on blinds, dust covered light fixtures, filth between fridge and wall, dirty door frames and handles, not even an attempt at cleaning kitchen drawers, streaks on hardwood floor, fridge STILL dirty. For spending close to $300 I am very disappointed. Just noticed shower tiles are also dirty... If you hire their services make sure you babysit the cleaners for the 6 hours they spend “cleaning”.

Extremely reliable company. Any changes in scheduling, required for any number of reasons, have been handled effectively and to my complete satisfaction. Response time is very good and every cleaner I have had has been excellent. Currently I have Emily coming to my home twice a month and her work ethic is exemplary. She is very efficient, a hard worker and at the same time very careful. Every person has been a pleasure to work with and I have every confidence in leaving them unattended. I would recommend Lifestyle Home Service if you are looking for quality and efficient service from a reliable, trustworthy company.

Excellent communication throughout, cleaner (Mikayla) was punctual and did an absolutely amazing job, yet relaxed and personable. Rates are 100% comparable to other services and definitely worth the price. Overall, this is a cleaning service that deserves such a positive review. We had our home cleaned by one of the LHS staff yesterday and I cannot express enough how happy myself and my wife were with both the cleaning and the communication. Karen is very friendly, professional and quick at finding the right staff to do the necessary cleaning. We had to have someone clean the entire townhome, which is 1700 square feet. There was need of window washing, 3 bathrooms.cleaned, all appliances, and floors. It was all done beyond our expectations in regards to time and to immaculate cleaning. Thank you Karen and LHS team. I have had the privilege of having Lifestyle Home Service working in my home for approximately 2 years now. I don't remember what it was like before having Bridgette come every 2nd week, and I don't think I want to! It's such an incredible experience to walk in after work to a clean, fresh house! LHS is great. We hired them to do a deep clean of our townhouse and then continued on with biweekly 2 hour cleans. Our cleaner was able to clean two full sized bathrooms, our kitchen, most of our floors and some other tasks. Everything was done to a high standard and our cleaner was always very nice and trustworthy.
